Our Team

United by one mission. Driven by one standard. Built by people who don't just believe in service — they've lived it.

Behind AWWC is a small, focused team with deep roots in military, law enforcement, and first responder communities. We don't answer to shareholders or trends. We answer to the people this organization was built to serve. Every decision we make, every partnership we forge, every dollar we move — it flows through the same filter: does this honor the mission?

Anthony Pagliei

Tony doesn't just lead AWWC — he built the foundation it stands on. With a rare blend of big-picture vision and ground-level grit, he sets the tone, the standard, and the direction for everything the organization does. Where others see a watch club, Tony saw a platform for impact — and refused to stop until it became one.

Zac Wiley

Zac is the engine that keeps AWWC moving. Focused, relationship-driven, and built for results, he ensures that every initiative runs with the same discipline and precision the communities we serve bring to their own work. If it needs to get done, Zac makes sure it does.

Cody Fite

Cody sits at the intersection of storytelling, community, and brand strategy — and that's exactly where AWWC needed someone to plant a flag. He directs the visual and narrative voice of the organization, building a brand that doesn't just look the part but means something. His work challenges the culture of constant time-checking and replaces it with something more lasting: a legacy.
